Order & Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. (Customized items and final sale products are not eligible).
- Email support@dropshipping.pk with your Order Number and reason for return.
- We will approve the request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a damaged item), we cover all return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, the return shipping fee is your responsibility.
To get your new item to you as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges. The fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a brand-new order for the correct size or color.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey via our courier partners (e.g., Trax, Leopards, Aramex, or SMSA).

You can request a cancellation or modification only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately. Once the package is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process upon delivery.
We’re so sorry that happened! Please email support@dropshipping.pk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including covering the return shipping cost.
