If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform or its services.

2. About the Dropshipping.pk Platform

Dropshipping.pk is a B2B-oriented dropshipping platform designed to connect retailers, resellers, online sellers, ecommerce businesses and other eligible buyers with product suppliers.

Depending on the service available to you, the platform may facilitate product discovery, supplier sourcing, product information, order processing, fulfillment coordination, delivery arrangements and related ecommerce services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected account misuse.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.

4. Retailers, Resellers and B2B Buyers

Our B2B services may be used by ecommerce retailers, resellers, dropshippers, online stores and other businesses that source products for resale.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Review product information before placing an order.
• Provide correct customer, delivery and contact information.
• Ensure that products purchased through the platform are used and sold lawfully.
• Do not make misleading claims about products or suppliers.
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent transactions.

5. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers participating in the Dropshipping.pk ecosystem are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products and information they provide.

• Maintain accurate product descriptions and specifications.
• Provide accurate stock and availability information.
• Provide products that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Process accepted orders according to agreed fulfillment requirements.
• Inform the platform about material stock, pricing or product changes.
• Do not provide counterfeit, illegal or unauthorized products.

6. Products, Prices and Product Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate product information. However, product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, stock levels and availability may change.

Product images may be provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color, packaging, dimensions or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, specification or availability errors and to cancel or adjust an order where an obvious error has occurred.

7. Orders and Order Processing

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase a product or service. An order is not necessarily accepted until it has been confirmed or processed through the applicable Dropshipping.pk system.

Orders may be delayed, modified or cancelled where products are unavailable, information is incorrect, payment requirements are not satisfied, delivery is not possible, or suspicious activity is detected.

Order Information

You are responsible for ensuring that customer names, phone numbers, addresses, quantities and other order information are accurate before submission.

8. Payments and Charges

Prices, service charges, shipping charges, taxes and other applicable costs may vary depending on the product, supplier, delivery destination and selected service.

Where payment is required in advance, the applicable payment method and amount will be displayed or communicated before completion of the transaction.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, is subject to product, location, courier and order eligibility.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is carried out through applicable logistics or courier arrangements. Estimated delivery periods are estimates and may vary because of location, weather, operational conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect customer information or other circumstances.

• Customers should remain available at the provided delivery address.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery failure or additional charges.
• Delivery availability may vary by city or region.
• Remote-area or special delivery charges may apply where applicable.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the applicable product, supplier and platform policies communicated at the time of purchase.

Where a return is permitted, the buyer may be required to provide order information, photographs, videos or other reasonable evidence relating to the issue.

Products may be excluded from return or exchange where permitted by the applicable policy, including certain hygiene-sensitive, customized, used or otherwise non-returnable products.

11. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Dropshipping.pk for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activities.

• Fraudulent transactions or identity misuse.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Uploading or distributing malicious software.
• Listing or selling counterfeit or illegal products.
• Using the platform to violate another party's intellectual property rights.
• Scraping, copying or systematically extracting platform data without authorization.
• Interfering with platform security or functionality.
• Creating accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
• Using the platform for activities prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Dropshipping.pk website, platform design, branding, logos, graphics, original text, software, layout and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Dropshipping.pk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected platform content without appropriate authorization.

Product names, trademarks, images and other materials belonging to suppliers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We work to maintain reliable platform services and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the website or every service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate or continuously available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dropshipping.pk will not be responsible for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including third-party courier delays, supplier stock issues, internet outages, force majeure events or incorrect information supplied by users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or service where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created security risks, or used the platform unlawfully.

Where appropriate, we may also take action to protect customers, suppliers, the platform and other users.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, platform functionality, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
